Group Discounts

SageTree Seminars encourages members of the same organization to attend our seminars. Group discounts cannot be issued retroactively and all groups must register at one time and pay in advance of the seminar in order to secure the discount. If any delegates in a discounted group cancel their registrations, the discount will be void or revert to a lesser discount if the remaining group of attendees is large enough to qualify for a discount. Group discounts are not available online.
• 2-3 delegates will each receive a $200 discount.
• 4-5 delegates will each receive a $300 discount.
• 6-10 delegates will each receive a $500 discount.

Cancellations/Discounts

Fees/Payments Payment must be received before the beginning of each seminar.

 Substitutions/Cancellations

 • Substitute registrants from the same organization will be honored.
• All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to SageTree Seminars in writing via mail, fax to 617-507-6118, or e-mail refunds@sagetreeseminars.com.
• If we receive your request to cancel 14 days or more prior to the date of a particular seminar, your registration fees will be refunded minus a $250 administrative fee. In the alternative, you can elect to attend another seminar in a different city and not be charged an administrative fee.
• No refunds or credits will be granted for cancellations received less than 14 days before a seminar begins or for no-shows.

Seminar Changes & Cancellations

SageTree reserves the right to change the venue and/or cancel any seminar. We will provide appropriate notice to any registrants.

We strive to hold all seminars as scheduled. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule any event or change the venue. We will notify all registered attendees as soon as a seminar has been changed or canceled via e-mail or fax and will, in the case of a cancelled event, either reschedule the seminar or process full refunds for paid registrations. We advise attendees not to make final travel arrangements more than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the event. SageTree Seminars LLC is not liable for any travel-related or other expenses incurred by registrants in the case of a cancelled seminar.

Webinar Cancellations

For individual webinar registrations if you cancel 14 days or more in advance of the webinar, you can expect a full refund less a $100 administrative charge.

Inclement Weather

SageTree Seminars will not cancel a seminar due to inclement weather.
